FTP

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Great for very large orders.

If you have photos that you wish to upload using FTP. You must first have a FTP program. If you have a FTP Program contact us for username & passwords. If you have a FTP Program contact us before you purchase a FTP program so we can make sure this is the best fit for you.

There are free FTP programs available but they come without support, so we do not recommend any of them.

Uploaded orders are downloaded Mon-Fri at 9am. Any orders received after 9am will not be downloaded & processed until
the following business weekday. We do not download orders on Saturdays. Normal turn around times for color orders 4x6
through 8x10 is ready for pick-up at 4pm the following day after we receive the order. Longer turn around times may be
needed during the period between Thanksgiving & Christmas. Please also note that orders with enlargements will take longer.
Please inquire with customer service to get a turn around time.
All images are judged individually for color and density. We do not mass print. All prints are carefully printed with color
correcting, color balancing and cropping for the best outcome possible just as we have been doing for the past 13 years with
your negatives. You do not need to spend your valuable time cropping or color correcting every image. Let the experts at 803 Labs, Inc. do that for you. If cropping & color corrections are critical, please contact us.
Both the web Photo Uploader & the PhotoFTP will accept only 3 file types (.tif, .jpeg & .bmp). If you are trying to send any
other type of file please contact MB Photo Plus.     
A. Store Pick-up or Shipping preference.
B. Total number of images sent in that FTP session.
C. Borders, front print or back print.
